IGBO seeks to promote the sport of bowling and enrich the lives of individuals through league building and tournaments around the world, including exciting events like the Elvis Bowling Tournament and notable Las Vegas bowling events. Guided by the principles of community, inclusion, and solidarity, we aim to: provide educational opportunities to local communities about bowling, LGBTQ+ history, and other important topics; build communication avenues between member leagues, bringing LGBTQ+ communities together in solidarity; and plan social opportunities, including our popular LGBT Bowling Tournament, to promote the sport of bowling and enhance the experiences of individual athletes through leagues and tournaments.
